About Us
Tom & Margaret Eades purchased their first Kip McGrath Centre in April 1999. They took up the opportunity to purchase the Remuera Centre in 2002 and for several years operated both Centres with Margaret at Remuera and Tom at the other. 2007 saw them sell their original Centre so that they could once again work together. Their teaching experience include Senior Teacher, Deputy Principal and Principal appointments. |

Our Teaching Philosophy is one of excellence, promoting confidence, enjoyment and an expectation of success.
Where to find us
We are situated in Remuera at 85 Portland Rd, which runs between Remuera Rd and Shore Rd. It is a large, bright blue building which is hard to miss!!
What We Do
Our Programmes
Our programmes are based on the N.Z. Curriculum and are designed to lift skill levels particularly in Maths and English. For Secondary students we cater for most subject areas with specialist teachers.
Our tutors are trained teachers who enjoy seeing students succeed and excel.
Subjects offered:
Primary and Intermediate: - Early Reading Programme for emergent readers and those who find reading difficult.
- English – all aspects of Reading and Writing
- Maths – full coverage of the N.Z.Curriculum
- Both remedial and extension students are catered for

- Study skills and exam techniques

Session Times
- Monday – Thursday 3.15 – 8.00 pm
- Friday – 3.15 – 6.30 pm
- Saturday – 9.00 – 11.50 am
- Holidays: Courses are run in mornings for one week during school holidays.
